Orders can be canceled at any point before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Upon completing the cancellation process, you will receive a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned items.

All returned items must maintain their original condition, including all parts, packaging, and documentation. They should not exhibit any signs of use, alteration, or damage.

In the case of a manufacturing defect covered by warranty for electrical items, we will attempt to repair it. If repair is not feasible, we will proceed with a replacement or refund according to the warranty terms. Additionally, items exhibiting defects not resulting from misuse can be returned or exchanged within the designated return period, provided proof of purchase is provided.
